Reservation Cut-Off Date: June 8, 2015. Reservations received after the above date will be subject to availability and may not be eligible for the group rate. Each individual guest must make her own reservations by calling Frenchman Reef toll-free line at 800-228-9290. Refer to the IOTA PHI LAMBDA National Convention. Reservations may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to arrival with no penalty. If reservations are cancelled beyond 24 hours prior to arrival, a one-night room rate charge plus taxes will be charged at time of cancellation.
CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT:
Check-in time is 4:00P.M. Checkout time is 11 am. GROUP RATE:
Guest rooms are $195.00 Single/Double per room per night plus 10% state and local taxes and 5% for Bellman and Housekeeping gratuities.
Extra Guest charge is $40 per guest per night.
GUEST ROOMS:
Double/Double Room: Two double-sized beds or one king-sized bed. Guest should request either double or king when making reservations. Each guest room feature individual climate control, satellite TV, clock radio, coffee/tea maker, refrigerator, and an in-room safe.
RESORT FEE:
The Resort Fee of $30.00 per room per day will be activated on all individual guest accounts to be paid at checkout. The Resort Fee includes the following amenities:
- Complimentary wireless Guest Room Internet
- Bottled water in the rooms (2 per room, per day)
- Unlimited local calls
- Free 800 calls
- Free use of Beach Chairs and Umbrellas
- Unlimited use of “Non Motorized” water sports from the beach of Morning Star (Excludes Sail Boats)

Frenchman’s Reef is six miles from Cyril E. King International Airport and three miles from downtown Charlotte Amalie – the shopping mecca of the Caribbean.
